Jacob Vockler scored twice as the Flin Flon Bombers advanced to the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League Final for the second consecutive season, defeating the Humboldt Broncos 3-1 in Game 5 of the SJHL Semi-Final on Friday.
Alexi Sylvestre added two assists in the victory, while Harmon Laser-Hume made 36 saves.
Xavier Roy had the lone tally for the Broncos, while Benjamin Motew turned away 28 shots.
The SJHL final will begin on Friday evening in Battlefords, with the Bombers and North Stars set to duel it out.
The North Stars eliminated the Melfort Mustangs in just 4 games and are currently 8-1 throughout the playoffs. The teams lone loss came in Game 1 of the SJHL Quarter-Final series against the Weyburn Red Wings.
