The Humboldt Broncos have found themselves back in the series, defeating the Flin Flon Bombers 4-1 in Game 4 on Tuesday night. Brent Gulenchyn was the lone Bomber goal scorer while Quinn Myles, Spencer Bell, Ethan Zielke and Ben Kotylak all scored for the Broncos.
In Game 3, the Bombers defeated the Broncos 1-0 off of a third period marker from Alexi Sylvestre. Sylvestre leads all rookies in SJHL playoff scoring with 9 points (5G, 4A) in 11 games. Bombers goaltender Harmon Laser-Hume was sensational making 40 saves for his first career SJHL playoff shutout.
The series will shift back to Humboldt for a pivotal Game 5 on Friday.
