This past Sunday, the Bombers beat the Nipawin Hawks 6-3  to mark their 44th win of the season and tie the Bombers all time SJHL (1985-) record for wins in a single season. This season’s squad is currently tied with the 2000/01 Bombers team who went 44-15-3-0 throughout a 62 game season. This season’s team currently holds a record of 44-7-2-1 and still has two games left to play to complete their 56 game schedule, 6 games less than the 2000/01 team. The Bombers play back to back games against the Humboldt Broncos this weekend for a chance to break the record and make the history books!
