The Northland Ford Flin Flon Bombers Player of the Week is ’04 Forward, Anthony Piccininno!
This past week, the Toronto, Ontario product played in the final 2 games of the regular season for the Bombers and had good performances in both of them. On Friday night against Humboldt, Piccininno had 1 assist along with tons of great plays on the puck and created great scoring opportunities for himself and the team. On Saturday night, despite the loss, Piccininno got the opening goal of the game which really sung momentum in favour of the Bombers compared to the previous night. Along with that, he made some great plays on the offensive and defensive side of the puck. Throughout the weekend, Piccininno put up 1 goal and 1 assists for 2 points. Overall this season, Piccininno has 18 goals and 21 assists for 39 points in 56 games.
