After having just one game last week the Bombers will return to action on Tuesday night in Nipawin followed by two home games on the weekend against the Estevan Bruins.
The Bombers are coming off a big 4-0 win over the SJHL leading Melfort Mustangs. The win has put the Bombers just two points behind Melfort. However the Mustangs do have three games in hand.
The Nipawin Hawks lost both games this past weekend to the Melville Millionaires after defeating Melfort 4-1 the weekend before. The Hawks have struggled as of late going 1-8-1-0 in their previous ten games.
The Estevan Bruins were busy this past weekend playing three games in three nights. The Bruins were able to pick up three out of a possible six points to keep themselves in the playoff hunt. The Bruins are eleven points back of the last playoff spot. However they do have two games in hand on the 8th place Battlefords North Stars.
The Bombers are currently in 2nd place in the SJHL overall standings with a 29-9-3-1 record and the team has not lost in regulation since October 30th.
