Flin Flon Bombers Hockey Club Rules of Play for 50/50 Electronic Raffle

At the Arena

1. The 50/50 draw will take place during the Flin Flon Bombers Home Games. 50% of ticket sales will be awarded as the prize, and proceeds from the 50/50 draw to support the Flin Flon Junior Bombers Hockey Club Inc.
2. In person sales begin as soon as the doors to the Whitney Forum open. Purchasers must be physically located in Manitoba in order to purchase tickets.
3. All tickets will only be sold to people who are 18 years of age or older.
4. Tickets are 1 for $5, 10 for $10 and 60 for $20.
5. Tickets will be sold using the electronic raffle system supplied by AscendFS Canada, Ltd.
6. After buying, patrons will be given a receipt by the sellers with their 50/50 registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.
7. The raffle draw will be made electronically with approximate six (6) minutes remain in the third period. Both online and in person sales continue until the time designated above. The Winning Number will be announced by the public address announcer; posted at the main foyer of the Whitney Forum and posted on the website.

Online

1. The ability to purchase online raffle tickets in conjunction with the in-venue raffle will be available for all Flin Flon Bombers designated games.
2. Online ticket sales will open at 8:00 AM on the day of the scheduled Home game
3. Tickets can be purchased online through the Flin Flon Bombers website or flinflonbombers5050.com. Payment options include VISA or MasterCard by way of mobile phone, computer or tablet.
4. Buyers must be age 18 or older.
5. Purchasers must be physically located in Manitoba in order to purchase tickets.
6. Winning Ticket Drawing
7. The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG)system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw for that day/game.
8. The amount of the 50/50 will be displayed via Digital Monitors with in-game updates and visuals.
9. The winning number will be announced at the arena (in-game announcement, digital screens, Souvenir Booth) and on the Flin Flon Bombers website (flinflonbombers5050.com).

How to Claim Your Prize

1. If the patron with the winning number on their ticket is at the game where the number has been drawn, they may come to the Souvenir booth located on the concourse or the Bomber Office at 35 Main St., Flin Flon, MB.
2. If the ticket was purchased online, the winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at time of ticket purchase to arrange for the prize to be claimed.
3. The winning ticket can be presented at Flin Flon Junior Bombers’ office at 35 Main St, Flin Flon MB. The winner must also fill out a 50/50 payout form in order to receive their prize.
4. The winning ticket holder has 30 days in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for. Unclaimed prizes will remain available for up to thirty (30) days after the draw. After thirty (30) days, prizes will be retained by the organization.
5. The winner must provide his/her name, address and phone number with picture identification for the report sheet.

Other

• In the unlikely event that the electronic 50/50 system goes down for any circumstances, the Flin Flon Junior Bombers Hockey Club Inc. will have paper tickets to sell. The format will be one ticket for $5 and will be numbered in sequential order. The paper tickets will only be in place prior to any electronic tickets purchased. If the electronic system goes down anytime during the game, the draw will be made in the third period with only the purchased tickets from the electronic system.
