The Northland Ford Flin Flon Bombers Player of the Week is ’03 Goalie, Harmon Laser-Hume!
This past week, the Creston, BC product had a great performance in both of the games on their slate. On Friday night in the first game back after the break, Laser-Hume stopped 40/42 shots and made some crucial saves that helped the Bombers keep momentum and take the 4-2 win over the Nipawin Hawks. Then on Saturday against the Melfort Mustangs, despite losing 3-0, Laser-Hume stopped 23 of 25 shots and made some big saves throughout the game that kept the Bombers in the fight till the very end. To sum up the week, Laser-Hume stopped 63/67 shots, had a 2.00 GAA and .940 SV%. Overall, Laser-Hume leads in all Goalie categories with 20 wins, 1.95 GAA and .936 SV%.
