The Northland Ford Flin Flon Bomber Player of the Week is ’03 Forward, Jacob Vockler!
The Sioux Falls, South Dakota product scored his first goals of the season this past weekend in back-to-back games against the La Ronge Ice Wolves. On Friday night at home, Vockler put up 3 goals and 2 assists in a big 9-5 win over the Ice Wolves. The following night in La Ronge, Vockler impressed again putting up a massive 4 goal performance in a 9-6 win. Jacob tallied a total of 7 goals and 2 assists for 9 points in two games this week and is 1st in goals and tied for 2nd in league scoring. He also won the SJHL SGEU MVP of the Week & Bourgault Forward of the Week.
