By Flin Flon Bombers, 10/07/14, 7:30AM CDT

After a great start to the season, the Flin Flon Bombers sit 15th in the country.

After only one loss in regulation time to start the 2014-15 SJHL season, the Flin Flon Bombers have found themselves in the CJHL’s Top 20 rankings after last week.

Flin Flon, ranked 15th, sits first in the Sherwood Division, one point up on the Melfort Mustangs, but have an impressive 31 goals on the season so far, 12 more goals then second place.

This past weekend the club took three of four points against the La Ronge Ice Wolves and the undefeated Notre Dame Hounds.  The Hounds currently sit second in the nation after being only one of two teams still undefeated.

The Bombers will play one more home game this weekend against the Battlefords North Stars on Saturday before they hit the road for a four game in five night southern swing starting Tuesday in Humboldt.

The CJHL is made up of 129 teams spanning 10 leagues.  The Top 20 rankings are released every Monday.
