The Flin Flon Bombers get set for the final week of the 2022-2023 regular season.
The Bombers host the Melfort Mustangs tomorrow night at the Whitney Forum and then will cap off the regular season with a pair of games against the La Ronge Ice Wolves.
The Mustangs and Ice Wolves are currently tied for fourth place in the overall standings and will be facing off against each other in the opening round of the playoffs. The Bombers currently lead the season series against the Mustangs 3-2 and are 3-1 against the Ice Wolves.
The Bombers are currently just one point ahead of the Humboldt Broncos for second place overall. The Broncos have a game in hand on the Bombers. Humboldt’s remaining games are against Weyburn, Yorkton twice and Notre Dame.
