After going 4-0 on their four game homestand, the Bombers will now hit the road for a pair of games against the Yorkton Terriers and Melville Millionaires.
The Terriers have won four in a row and currently lead the season series 2-1 against the Bombers. Yorkton currently sits just one point behind the 3rd place Weyburn Red Wings. Forwards Jaron Desnoyers and David Coyle are sitting first and third in SJHL scoring with 61 and 57 points each. Coyle had a seven point night last week against the Estevan Bruins.
Melville is the leagues hottest team at the moment and are riding a seven game winning streak. Melville’s last loss was on January 21st against the Bombers. During the Millionaires seven game winning, the team has averaged just over four goals per game while giving up just two.
Prior to the road trip, the Bombers along with the U13 Flin Flon Bombers will be hosting a Skills Competition on Tuesday night. The Skills Competition begins at 7:30 PM.
