COLLIN’S 4 GOAL NIGHT LEADS FLIN FLON PAST LA RONGE
Chrystopher Collin (Bois De Filion, PQ), found the back of the net four times in the Flin Flon Bomber victory at the Whitney Forum in Flin Flin on Hockey Night in the North.
Caleb Franklin (White Rock, BC), scored the only other Bomber goal on Chystopher Collin night.
The Maroon and White held a 4-1 lead heading into the third period, but La Ronge pressured Flin Flon with goals from Bannister and Dosko to make it 4-3 at the mid point of the third.
Collin was taken down hard in the Bomber zone, and drew a critical 2min PP opportunity. It took Collin just 6 seconds into the PP to blast a shot past La Ronge goalie Frey. His fourth goal would stand up to be the game winning goal as well.
Next up for Flin Flon is a game with Melfort tonight.
