Bombers Week Preview: Powered By Elite Communications

The Bombers will be looking for their 11th victory in the month of October on Friday night against the Yorkton Terriers at the Whitney Forum.

The Terriers are currently on a 2 game winning streak and sit in 2nd place in the Viterra Division with a 5-8-0-0 record. The two teams played on October 4th at the SJHL Showcase with the Bombers winning 1-0. Yorkton outshot Flin Flon 45-28.

Terrier forwards Karsten Kruska and Clay Sleeva are currently tied for 7th in SJHL rookie scoring. Rookie goaltender Kael DePape has a 1.61 GAA & .937 SV% in 8 appearances this season.

Flin Flon currently sits in 1st place overall in the SJHL with a 11-5-0-0 record. Goaltender Cal Schell ranks 2nd among SJHL goaltenders in wins with 8 and leads the SJHL with 2 shut outs. Forward Jaxon Martens is currently tied for 3rd in SJHL scoring with 17 points in 16 games. Rookie forward Jeremi Tremblay is tied for 3rd in SJHL rooking scoring with 13 points. On the backend, Cole Vardy and Xavier Lapointe are 1 and 2 in SJHL defencemen scoring.
