The Flin Flon Bombers get set for another busy week with 4 games beginning Tuesday night at home against the Nipawin Hawks. The Bombers will then travel down south to play against the Melville Millionaires, Yorkton Terriers and Battlefords North Stars.
The contest against the Nipawin Hawks will mark the 6th game between the 2 clubs with the Bombers leading the season series 4-1-0-0. Nipawin currently sits in last place in the Sherwood Division with a 15-27-0-6 record.
Friday night the Bombers will travel to Melville to wrap up the season series. The Bombers have won all 3 games against the Millionaires this season. Melville is currently battling for a playoff spot and trail the 8th seeded Kindersley Klippers by 5 points.
The Bombers are also 3-0 against Yorkton this season and Saturday afternoon will conclude the season series between the 2 teams. The Terriers sit in 6th place in the SJHL standings with La Ronge just a point back with 3 games in hand.
Sunday afternoon will mark the 3rd game between the Bombers and North Stars. The Bombers had just beaten Battlefords this past weekend in a pair of games at the Whitney Forum. The North Stars currently sit in 5th place in the SJHL standings and trail the Bombers by 9 points with 2 games in hand.
