Bombers Move Veteran D-Man Johnson

By Adam Ricard- Flin Flon Bombers

Bombers move veteran Defence-man ahead of tonight’s match up against the Estevan Bruins.

The Bombers have traded 20 year old d-man Doug Johnson to the MJHL’s Steinbach Pistons in exchange for a Player Development Fee.

The Darien, CT, product had a goal and 6 assists in 51 games with the Bombers.

“This was a tough move to make. Dougy was one of the most dedicated players on our team and was well liked in the dressing room. I’d like to thank him for his contributions to the Bombers organization and best of luck in Steinbach. He’s a great addition for them.” – Mike Reagan
