Bombers Forward Ryder Ringor Commits to York University

The Flin Flon Bombers are pleased to announce that graduating forward Ryder Ringor has committed to York University (U-Sports).

The product of Winnipeg, Manitoba joined the Bombers in September after spending last season with the BCHL’s Sherwood Park Crusaders. In his lone season with the Bombers, Ringor led the team in scoring with 69 points in 56 games. Ringor’s 69 points was 5th among all SJHL players in scoring. Ryder continued his hot play throughout the playoffs by finishing tied for 1st in the league in playoff scoring with 17 points in 12 games.

In January, Ryder was named to Team SJHL for the annual SJHL & MJHL Showcase in Winnipeg. At the conclusion of the Bombers season he was named the team’s Playoff MVP.

The York University Lions currently compete in the Ontario University Athletics Conference and finished the 2024-2025 season with a 7-16-5 record.
