BOMBERS ADD WIESCHORSTER & OLAFSON

The Flin Flon Bombers have added former Camrose Kodiak, Brett Wieschorster and have signed 2018 SJHL 1st round draft pick, Kylynn Olafson.

Wieschorster, a left-winger, checks in at 6’3″ and 180-pounds. Brett will be entering his 5th season of Junior A hockey after playing with the Drumheller Dragons, Sherwood Park Crusaders and Camrose Kodiaks. In 152 career AJHL regular season games, Wieschorster produced 61 points (24 g, 37 a) along with 446 penalty minutes.

“Brett is an experienced player who is going into his 5th year of junior hockey. He’ll make us tougher to play against and a deeper team.” – Bombers Head Coach & General Manager, Mike Reagan

Olafson, 5’8″, 165lbs, is from Lanigan and played the last 2 seasons with the Tisdale Trojans in the SMAAAHL.

“We’re excited to be signing out 1st round pick from the 2018 SJHL draft. Kylynn came into camp determined to make the team as an under ager and not only did he do that, he was one of our top scorers throughout the preseason. He’s a highly skilled player with a great hockey IQ.” – Bombers Head Coach & General Manager, Mike Reagan
