Series Round-Up

The Flin Flon Bombers look to get in the win column on home ice when they take on the Nipawin Hawks (Game Time: 7:30 PM, Radio – 102.9 CFAR), down in the series 2-0.

After a late goal on Friday, and a foiled comeback on Saturday, the Bombers look for a home ice win tonght.

“We had some good things happen Friday and Saturday,” commented Head Coach and General Manager Mike Reagan.  “But we also had some guys not show up, they know who they are, and they’ll be ready to go tonight.”

For a team that lead the league in goals for with 245 in the regular season, the Bombers have only found the back of the net three times in two games with Eric Sinclair (Kenora, ON) scoring two of them.

Kristian St. Onge (Saskatoon, SK) has the other Bomber goal.

For his play, Sinclair picked himself up the IBAS SJHL Defensman of the Week.

After tonight, the series will shift back to Nipawin tomorrow night for Game 4.
