Zac Robidoux pickes up his fourth shutout of the season and Alex Smith scores a pair for 30 on the year, as the Bombers beat the Hounds 3-0.

Alex Smith (Edmonton, AB) scored his 29th and 30th goals of the season, and Zac Robidoux (Winnipeg, MB) made 26 saves for his fourth shutout of the season as the Bombers blanked the visiting Notre Dame Hounds 3-0.

Smith would open the scoring late in the first period, taking a pass from defenseman Curtis Roach (Saskatoon, SK), firing the shot from the slot beating Hounds starter Alexi Thibaudeau.  Joseph Leonidas (Calgary, SK) picked up the other assist.

Kristian St. Onge (Saskatoon, SK) would make things 2-0 midway through the second period, snapping a shot on the partial breakaway short side, from Leonidas and Adam Wilson (Edmonton, AB) and Smith would put things away just over a minute later with this second of the game from Joel Kocur (Edson, AB) and Jason Lavalle (Thetford Mines, QC).

With Smith scoring 30, the team now has three players to hit that mark this season, as he joins Kocur (33) and Brandon Switzer (31).
