They outshot their opponents 37-26.  They held a 2-0 lead at one point.  They were playing a team that had lost their previous nine straight games.  Yet the Flin Flon Bombers were unable to snap their current losing skid last night, when the home town Humboldt Broncos scored two goals 1:26 apart in the third period to take a 3-2 win, extending the Bombers losing streak to six.

Lishchynsky would increase the lead to 2-0 early in the second, also on the power play, firing a shot through traffic from the point.  Dean Allison (Surrey, BC) and Brandon Switzer (Brandon, MB) assisted on the goal.

The Broncos would get on the board 10 minutes later, and then scored two goals to start the third period, taking the lead just 1:46 in.

Flin Flon will have Thursday night off before they start a two game set in North Battleford against the Stars starting on Friday night.
