Flin Flon adds WHL experienced Logan Harland in time for the team's home opener.

The Flin Flon Bombers will have another new face in the lineup tomorrow when they open up the 2014-15 SJHL season.

Flin Flon will welcome 1995 born forward Logan Harland (Frenchman Butte, SK) when they face off against the Nipawin Hawks (7:30 pm, Whitney Forum – 102.9 CFAR).  The Bombers acquired Harland’s CJHL’s playing rights back in July along with Alex Smith in exchange for local product Dillan McCombie.

The past two seasons Harland played with Saskatoon Blades amassing 22 points (13, 9a) in 84 games along with 33 penalty minutes.  In 2011-12 he suited up in 10 games with the Vancouver Giants and 37 more with the Bonyville Pontiacs of the AJHL.

“He’s a great energy guy and a guy I’ve been told is great in the dressing room,” said Head Coach and General Manager Mike Reagan.

After tomorrow night’s home opener, the team will travel for a return matchup against the Hawks.
