Future Considerations Breakdown

Looking at all the trades that happened around the SJHL Trade Deadline and the players recently acquired.

It’s been a busy past couple of week for Head Coach and General Manager Mike Reagan.  The man in the head position for his upcoming eight season had four players to choose between four teams to finish up the trades made around the January 10th SJHL Trade Deadline.  All trades are listed below.

December 11 – Flin Flon trades 1994 born forward Brett Boehm to the Yorkton Terriers in exchange for 1995 born forward Dalton Menke and future considerations.  Those future considerations are 1995 born defenseman Tanner Lishchynsky and the CJHL playing rights of Boehm returned to the Bombers.  Boehm is scheduled to attend the University of Minnesota-Duluth this upcoming season.

January 10 – Flin Flon trades 1993 born forward Cam Blair to the Battlefords North Stars in exchange for 1994 born forward Austin Evans and future considerations.  Those future considerations are 1996 defenseman Braden Lacoursiere.

Flin Flon trades 1994 born forward Dillan McCombie to the Dauphin Kings of the MJHL in exchange for future considerations.  Those future considerations are 1994 born forward Tanner Lomsnes and the CJHL playing right of McCombie returned to the Bombers.

Flin Flon trades 1993 born goaltender Devin Buffalo to the Druhmeller Dragons of the AJHL in exchange for future considerations.  Those considerations are 1994 born forward Chris Raukman and a player to be named later, which will be finalized next season.

“We are very happy with everyone that we have added,” commented Reagan.  “If you look at the guys we brought in, there is one thing in common.  There are tough to play against and they are all character guys.  That the qualities we want to build our team around.”
