For the second time in a week, the Flin Flon Bombers were able to bounce back from a shutout loss with a win.
Cam Blair scored two goals, Parker Evans-Campbell picked up his third of the season and rookie Simon Hofley made 27 saves for his second career win, as the Bombers defeated the Humboldt Broncos 3-1.

AJ Kapcheck and Austin Calladine picked up the assists on Evans-Campbell’s goal with Brody Robinson and Brock Hounsell adding the helpers on Blair’s.
Blair would make the score 3-0 early in the third, unassisted, before Humboldt’s Cody Pongracz scored the lone Bronco’s goal.
“We had a better game tonight,” commented Head Coach and General Manager Mike Reagan. “we felt that we needed that going into the long break.”
For Blair it’s his team leading seventh and eighth goals of the season, with which he shares with Brett Boehm. He leads the team in points with 19 points.
The team now has over a week off, hitting the ice next Friday when they host the Broncos in a return match.
