Flin Flon tries to make it three in a row on the road against the Red Wings.

The Flin Flon Bombers return to action tonight traveling to Weyburn to tangle with the Red Wings, their third road game in four nights.

The Bombers hosted the Red Wings last Firday night, it was a 46 save debut performance from rookie goalie Simon Hofley that stole the show and had the Bombers clip the Wings 4-1.

Since then the Bombers have gone 2-0 on the road in their first swing of the Southern Saskatchewan, 7-4 in Melville and 3-1 in Estevan, and currently have the fourth best winning percentage in the SJHL, trailing La Ronge, Kindersley and Yorkton.

Red hot for the Maroon and White are returning forwards Cam Blair, Dillan McCombie and Brett Boehm, who have a combined nine points (4g, 5a) in the first two games of the road trip.

The team has picked up some secondary scoring with the likes of Cole McCaig (2), Landon Hiebert, Brock Hounsell and Erik Pedersen all picking up their firsts of the season.

The Red Wings have lost their only game since last Friday night at the Whitney Forum, a 5-3 defeat at the hands of the Melfort Mustangs.  In total the Wings are in the midst of a three game losing streak and sit last in the Viterra Divison and second last overall.

Flin Flon went 1-1 last season in Weyburn, losing 7-0 early in the season with their win coming in overtime.

The game can be heard on CFAR 590.
