The Bombers look to bounce back after their last loss with a match up aginst the Viterra Division's last place Red Wings.

The Flin Flon Bombers return to action tonight when they host the Weyburn Red Wings.

Flin Flon will have a little bit of a different look to the team when they hit the ice tonight, gone are forwards Justin Rasmussen and Jean Kristoff Grenier (traded) and defenseman Garrett Zelinski (awaiting trade).

Rasmussen and Grenier both were dealt in separate deals for future considerations which the team will act on in the coming weeks.

Flin Flon takes the ice for the first time since their weekend series against the Kindersley Klippers in which the two teams split.  Although Flin Flon won on Friday, Head Coach and General Manager was happy with Saturday’s game despite the loss.

“I think that we played our best game of the season on Saturday,” said Reagan.  “We played hard, all lines were rolling and it could have been anyone’s game.”

Weyburn (3-5-0-0) comes to town in last place in the Viterra Division and was on the receiving end of an 8-4 beat down to the hands of the unbeaten La Ronge Ice Wolves.  Despite their place in the standing, the Wings can score, they lead the SJHL in goals with 28 lead by forwards Sam Williams (4g, 3a) and Ty McLean (3g, 2a).

As for lineup changes for the Bombers, 1993 born defenseman Brock Hounsell will miss tonight’s action.  Hounsell has been listed as day to day.
