Season Series:  Flin Flon leads season series 2-1.

Team Scope:

Broncos:  This weekend is a big one for both the Flin Flon Bombers and the visiting Humboldt Broncos.  The Broncos come into the Whitney Forum in the middle of a 9-0-0-1 streak and sit five points up on the second place Bombers.  The team relies on goaltending and boasts the leagues reigning Goalie of the Month in Matt Hyrnkiw.  His 1.80 goals against average and 0.939 save percentage sits first in the SJHL.

Bombers:  The club will try to continue the high of emotions from Tuesday night’s come back overtime victory over the Nipawin Hawks.  The team does hold a season series advantage having won two of the three so far this season.  The team will welcome the home debut of forward Andy Blanke this weekend.
