Season Series:  Flin Flon leads season series 2-0.

Team Scope:

North Stars:  This is the first time that Battlefords is hosting the Bombers this season.  They’ve dropped both games to Flin Flon with the most recent being at the beginning of the month when they lost 3-1 at the Whitney Forum.  The team is hot right now, winning four straight including a shootout win against Nipawin on Saturday and a 1-0 shutout of the Humboldt Broncos on Friday.

Bombers:  They finally lost at home, dropping their first one at the friendly confines of the Whitney Forum on Friday to their pest from the south, the Yorkton Terriers.  The team is a little banged up right now as forward Riley Storzuk and defensemen Dallan Hall and Danys Chartrand are out of the lineup.  Forward Cam Blair is questionable for tonight’s game.  Inserted into the lineup is 1995 born Robbie Cameron.  Cameron is a 5’11, 183 pound product of the Saskatoon Blazers, who has seven points (1g, 6a) in 17 games with the Blazers this season.
