Season Series:  Season series tied 1-1.

Team Scope:

Terriers:  This is the first trip to the Whitney Forum for the Nipawin Hawks tonight, but not the first meeting between the two clubs.  Nipawin was winners of the last one, a 4-1 victory on November 6th.  The team continues to be lead by their “Big Three” in Wheaton King, Tad Kozun and Jesse Bernard who have a combined 61 points on the season.  Nipawin comes in on a four game winning streak.

Bombers:  The number two ranked team in the nation entertains the Hawks tonight before they hit the road for a pair early next week.  The team welcomes back defenseman Brandt Weldon, but will have forwards Cam Blair and Riley Storzuk out of the lineup.  For Blair it ends his personal iron man streak of 152 straight games, all with the Flin Flon Bombers.  The team also traded defenseman Justin Schoffer to the Kindersley Klippers and forward Austin Hebert to the Camrose Kodiaks of the AJHL.
