Season Series:  This is the first meeting between the two clubs this season.

Team Scope:

Nipawin:  The once favored Nipawin Hawks, has had a tougher start to the 2012-13 season but have shown some brilliance.  After splitting the opening weekend with the Ice Wolves the team sits two games over the .500 mark.  They have fire power with the likes of Jesse Bernard, Tad Kozun and Wheaton King.  They are going into tonight’s game having lost their last game, to Yorkton on the road.

Bombers:  The road trip is behind them, and the Bombers are looking to go forward after a dominating weekend which saw them go 2-0 and only allow 38 total shots to their 110.  They pounded Notre Dame 7-0 on Friday and followed that up with a 4-0 victory over the Broncos.  Goalie Devin Buffalo started both games and took home Goalie of the Week honors after the back to back shutouts.
